Fine aroma cacao is considered the variety with the most denomination of origin within its location. Our cacao produces yellow, granular pods with strong fruity and floral flavors. One of our chocolate bar's attributes is an intensely ripe sweet and floral note with a little explosion of timber as an aftertaste—very intense, slow creamy melt, and full-bodied texture. Concentrated, earthy, bold flavors of tart red berry fruit, green banana, and fresh walnut with some pleasing astringency.
