Ecuadorian coffee and chocolate are the main characters in this pairing event, which aims to provide participants with a unique experience in which they can learn about the origins and processes of these Ecuadorian products.
This will be a two-hour event. We will start by tasting the Zaruma Gold coffee and learning about its origin, cultivation processes, roasting, and origin notes. Following that, we will learn about the cocoa used in Villakuyaya's chocolates, including its region, pre- and post-harvest processes, and flavor and aroma notes.
Finally, and the most exciting part, we will pair three chocolate bars with three different types of coffee and taste the flavors and aromas that result from the combination of these two

Villakuyaya is going to be part with the Ecuadorian Pavilion in the Salon du Chocolate in Paris from October 28th to Nov 1st of 2022.
The chocolate has many experiences and one of them is sensory tasting, where you will learn to taste chocolate through all your senses.
It is a fascinating experience since you will be able to perceive flavors, smells and textures that the bar and the cocoa jealously guard for chocolate lovers.
How does a chocolate taste work?
We will provide you with a kit consisting of 3 chocolate bars, we will start with bean-to-bar tablets with different percentages of cocoa.
